PREIT/Macerich The Gallery Renovation Project, Philadelphia, PA
Approximately 1,000,000-SF renovation included phased construction and construction while the buildings are occupied, all coordinated with ongoing leasing activities and tenant fit-out work. The facility is integral with the SEPTA Regional Rail and Subway facilities. The basic work includes selective demolition, new structural and architectural construction, the replacement of vertical transportation elements, modifications and additions to the MEP and fire protection systems, replacement of all common area floor finishes, ceilings and lighting, neutral columns and storefront bulkheads and related core and shell work. Extensive work to the façades on Market Street, 10th, 9th, and Filbert Streets, including significant digital signage was included.


IKEA Furniture Store, Plymouth Meeting, PA
Installation of the first IKEA facility in the United States.. This project included integrating elements of projects in Europe and Vancouver, British Columbia. Installed special lighting track system for flexible furniture display systems.
Promenade at Granite Run, Media, PA
$40 Million renovation of the existing Mall complex and conversion into a Town Center format. The work included demolition of the existing mall connectors between the anchor tenants, completion of new roads and site infrastructure, and completion of eight (8) new buildings for a total of 230,000 square feet. The work included the addition of tenants for about 50% of the buildings.
