Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) is a relatively new format of contracting which started with the Healthcare industry on the West Coast. IPD is a multi-party contract agreement where the owner, the deign team, the Construction Manager, and key subcontractors share a common risk/reward pool for the outcome of a project.
IPD requires a great deal of collaboration and cooperation by all team members. Previously, Ed Tryon was responsible for the Preconstruction of the largest IPD project on the east coast, Inspira Health in Mullica Hill, NJ.
