INSPIRA Replacement Hospital, Mullica Hill, NJ, 2015-2017
$ 250 million, 495,000SF new campus facility for INSPIRA Hospital. The project is the first Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) project on the East Coast using a tri-party Hanson Bridgett contract. The scope included off-site improvements, site development, site remediation, the hospital tower and the addition of the Ambulatory Surgical Center and the Medical Office Building next to the main hospital.




Capital Health Medical Center – Hopewell, Pennington, NJ
$352.8 million, new 227-bed replacement hospital spanning 596,492-SF is one component of a total healthcare development which also includes an outpatient imaging/cancer center contained within an attached 328,199-SF medical office building. The 36,000-SF, 42-bed emergency department, with separate ambulance and walk-up entrances, contains adult and pediatric units, radiology and resuscitation rooms. The project also includes a central utility plant supplying a 100,000 MBH heating load and 5,600-ton cooling load along with three emergency generators and a data center. Te project also included extensive development to the 75-acre site and is LEED® certified.




Wilmington Hospital Campus Expansion, Wilmington, DE
$184 million, 386,000-SF facility that will span nine stories and include a new patient tower vertical expansion, medical office building and ED and OR renovation and expansion. Prior to the start of construction, all major utilities will be relocated and replaced. The 1927 four-story building will be demolished and replaced with a seven-story gateway/medical office building. A new two-story main entrance with an ambulance bay below will also be constructed as well as two new floors for the emergency department while the area is in full operation. Additional scope of work includes major utility relocations within the site, street widening and loading dock renovations.
