Canaveral Port Authority, Cruise Terminal No. 6, Cape Canaveral, FL

$28 million, 110,000-SF, design-build, two-story cruise terminal and surrounding site to further expand cruise operations. The terminal also offers an embark/disembark bridge to aid passengers in boarding the largest cruise ships in existence. All infrastructure and roadways to existig terminals and public buildings surrounding the terminal remained in constant, uninterrupted use during construction

Tri-Services Research Laboratories, Fort Sam Houston, San Antonio, TX

$69.8 Million project comprising 181,200 square feet.  The project was part of the BARC plan and consolidated three distinct types of needs for three branches of the service.  The building housed Biocontainment laboratories, specialized computer warfare systems, and eight (8) anechoic chambers for radar testing. The project was procured as a two part design build contract with the United State army Corp of Engineers in Fort Worth, TX. 

US Army Corps of Engineers Adjudication Activities Collocation, Fort Meade, MD

$31.8 million, 151,590-SF, three-story administrative facility for 767 personnel to support adjudication activities collocation as part of BRAC 2005. The project is located at Fort Meade on 15.3 acres and included the site development required for the facility including an at-grade parking lot for approximately 550 cars.
