


During a project, a number of items can be required to help guide you through the process. Here are some of the ones we use.
Cost Control
We organize an initial overall project budget and maintain it based on all of the various sources (i.e.contractor, relocation service costs, owner purchases, utilities)
Schedule Development
We prepare detailed timetables that account for all major milestones within your project. This will be used as the basis for the construction schedule. It will be made with contractor input and will be updated consistently throughout the construction process
LEAN Construction
LEAN Construction is a fairly new term to the construction industry. However, LEAN techniques have been used for many years. With LEAN, high level milestone schedules are created when working on construction projects. Through facilitation with construction and field employees, we determine the best way to approach major milestones throughout our projects. We do this by collecting real time data and tracking it from the beginning to the end of each project.
This information is measured weekly to ensure our goals have been met. If a goal or milestone has been missed, we look at our project parameters and determine if we need to update them or find other time and cost effective solutions. Our goal as a team, is to make reliable commitments and ensure that each project is completed to the best of our ability.
