American College of Physicians Headquarters Facility Additions and Renovations, Philadelphia, PA
$25 million new seven-story, 150,000-SF office building, the renovation of the existing headquarters facility and a new three-story parking garage in Center City Philadelphia. The addition was built on top of the parking garage and includes administrative offices, dining facilities, training facility, expanded computer room, fitness center, conference room and a formal boardroom.
Armstrong World Industries New Corporate Headquarters and Collocation, Lancaster, PA
$94 million project for multiple buildings and swing spaces for the corporate relocation of business units to a former research and development headquarters. Buildings included a corporate headquarters building, research and development labs, pilot plant and multi-purpose conference center as well as new dining facilities, fitness facilities and general population support services. The project also included a new 2,500-ton capacity central utility plant and ceramic cooling towers to service a closed loop system throughout the entire 600-acre campus. Major upgrades to all systems were performed at all building locations.
Acorn Development Corporation Four Falls Corporate Center, Conshohocken, PA
$37 million new seven-story, 300,000-SF office building constructed over a six-story, 270,800-SF parking garage which accommodates 1,000 cars. In addition to extensive sitework, glasswork and construction of a sizable atrium, the project included the installation/construction of seven passenger elevators, one freight elevator, central core toilet facilities and finished lobby areas.
